A sports massage isn’t just for people who play sports. It helps to prevent injury, reduce pain, and relieve soft tissue tension and stress from the activities of daily work and life.

I decided to have a PT because although I was exercising using  You Tube I was never sure if my form was correct. I initially did a 6 week package with Sophie where I had a baseline assessments so we could see where I had improved. We set goals and she asked me what was important. I found this approach very  good.  When I saw improvements in 6 weeks I knew I wanted to continue long-term. Her solution is unique as she comes to you which means my travel time is reduced and it has helped with some of my anxiety issues as well.

I like the delivery as Sophie has gently increased the level of exercise and is always working with what I need . I have made excellent progress in a short time. I do enjoy the boxing and pad work which is something I was missing when working alone.  Having a PPT keeps me accountable means i am doing exercises correctly!  and I get support with my physio exercises as well. When Sophie checked these she found some I was not doing correctly since correcting that I have seen an improvement. 

 

I would recommend Sophie to anyone who is stuck in a rut, does not like the gym but needs help with the right exercise regimen for them. My routine is personalised to my needs and always done in a safe manner.

I can't recommend Sophie more highly as a personal trainer.  She is kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, supportive and fun all at the same time.  Without doubt it's a privilege to work with her.

 

I first started working with Sophie having had a discouraging experience with a personal trainer.  Sophie spent time understanding my goals and worked with me to help me build confidence and strength at the same time.

 

I wanted support from a personal trainer to build my confidence and strength in resistance training.  Sophie has helped me become more confident, stronger and toned.  She is amazingly kind, motivating and supportive and I look forward to our sessions enormously.

 

As a whole I find working with Sophie joyful and hard (!!!).  She has a knack of knowing just how far you can go/ hard you can work and helping you find that extra push to go that bit further.

 

I would wholeheartedly recommend Sophie as a PT.  She's the best :-)

I reached out to Sophie at the age of 37 with a long history of yo yo dieting and an aversion to exercise ;-)

 

I knew i needed a personal at home trainer to bring the session and energy to my house at least twice a week, so I could and would take control of my weight and most importantly health and fitness.

 

Sophie is everything I needed and more, she brings energy, motivation, expertise, knowledge and the correct mix of good cop bad cop to the party.

 

I did the 6 week trial and to my surprise I did actually loose weight and up my fitness ability in that short time (she measures) This was mid summer party’s and bbqs a go go and during a heat wave too! And so on we go…

 

I am excited to cont to change my outlook to exercise and food with Sophie and work with her in a non judgemental environment with a great mix of tailored activities and at my convenience.

 

Overall if you are undecided I would say don’t hesitate, just go for it you won’t regret it.
